Trash the Dress – Post wedding photoshoot, Glasgow
So, what do you do once all the wedding frivolity has settled down , life has returned to normal and, as much as you loved it, your wedding is now just a fond memory?
You give me a call, put your fancy frock back on & you strike some more poses that’s what!
Originally from East-Kilbride and married there earlier this year, Gillian had travelled all the way up from the midlands to have a ‘trash the dress’ bridal shoot with me (despite the somewhat unsettling name, the dress in no way has to come to any harm, and will remain perfectly intact and wearable, leaving you free to do the housework in it if you so wish 😉 ). She brought her mum, Irene, & we all shot off to a pre-prepared location & spent a few hours joking around in the undergrowth in search of some striking photographs. The day was lovely, the banter was great and the sandwiches were chicken salad 🙂
It’s the first chance in a while that I’ve had to do one of these shoots & we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s the perfect opportunity to create some unique & memorable photographs in the dress of your dreams away from the usual time constraints of a wedding & therefore you can let your hair down & push the creative boundaries.
See what you think. And if you’re interested – you know where to find me!
